- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or does not match the description

- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method
- BandVagon reserves the right to deny refunds in case of misuse or false claims
Cancellation Policy
Please ensure that you accept your order and receive the product at your doorstep. If you cancel the order after it has reached your doorstep, cancellation charges will apply for COD / upon Next orders.
- If the User is unavailable at the delivery address, the Order may be cancelled without refund
